Forestry First Aid (+F)

The Forestry First Aid (+F) course is aimed at those who work with chainsaws and other hazardous equipment and is requirement of many insurers for tree surgeons, arborists, landscape gardeners and those who work on Forestry Commission Land.

We are proud to offer a comprehensive Forestry First Aid Training (+F) – training course often referred to EFAW+F that is typically delivered over 7 hours of teaching time. The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to deal with emergency first aid situations within forestry and agriculture environments.

The Forestry First Aid course is aimed at forestry workers who work with chainsaws and other hazardous equipment and is the requirement for first aid training of tree surgeons, arborists and other outdoor workers.

Our Forestry First Aid courses are designed for people who need to comply with health and safety requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the First Aid Health and Safety Regulations 1981 in the workplace and the requirements of the Forestry Commission First Aid at Work Policy.

Forestry First Aid (+F) for rural environments
